Our Finance team makes sure that value is distributed through the company appropriately. From paying growers, creating invoices, valuing inventory to paying staff, they are essential to our daily operations.
Operations Team

Our Operations Team is the core of what happens day to day at Imperial. They create and implement cleaning & bagging schedules to optimize our capacity; line up work and bagging instructions to make sure seed is packaged to customer specifications; and they make sure our staff has what they need to process our seed.
Shipping/Logistics Team

Our Shipping & Logistics Team keeps our product moving. Incoming and outgoing, the paperwork and communication required to make things move smoothly is substantial. From collecting documentation for exports, submitting information for imports or coordinating movement within Canada, this team knows how to manage important data.
